Students rate Falmouth University best for creative scene

In the latest Which? University survey, Falmouth University, University of the Arts, London and Norwich University of the Arts came out as the most creative universities in the UK.

The new survey was conducted by YouthSight on behalf of Which? University and it revealed the top universities for sports, student unions, political scene and creative scene according to students. Over 11,000 current students in over 100 universities across the UK had their say.

One Falmouth University student who responded to the survey noted, ‘you’re surrounded by some of the most creative students in the country’.

Other category winners included Northumbria and Newcastle Universities which were rated highest for student nightlife. SOAS meanwhile was voted highest for political scene. The University of Leeds came top for the most active students union whilst Loughborough University continued to maintain its reputation as a sporty university, winning that category.

Students voted the University of East Anglia, University of Edinburgh, University of Glasgow, University of Leeds and the University of Sheffield as the best all-rounder universities, scoring highly across all categories.

Exeter University, however, did not appear on any of the shortlists.
